Liberals’ Ridiculous Reaction To OSU Knife Attack Proves Why Trump Was Elected

The mantra of the Left always seems to be "it's a gun problem and you're a racist."

The recent knife attack at Ohio State University immediately brought with it a mob of leftists calling for a ban on guns, but they were wrong as usual.

Whether it’s a shooting involving a police officer or a terrorist attack, the mantra of the Left always seems to be “it’s a gun problem and you’re a racist.” The words may change, but the general idea is always to attack the freedom to own a gun.
The long list of tragedies that the Democrats use to demonize our 2nd Amendment and gun owning conservatives keeps growing as these Islamic radicals continue to perpetrate their terrorist attacks against us.

As The Libertarian Republic pointed out, just minutes after the attack, the deluge of gun blaming began:

There were many others who joined into the preliminary blame game. According to these leftist gun-grabbers, guns are the reason for every tragedy. They could at least wait an hour for the real facts to come out instead of immediately jumping to the conclusion given to them by the lying corporate media.

However, there are at least a few people willing to wait for the facts.

The initial report from the corporate media was that the attack was an active shooter situation, but that turned out not to be the case. It started off as a vehicular attack followed by slashing with a butcher’s knife. The only guns used were the ones that the officers fired to take down the assailant and save the lives of those on the campus.

Yet, the trend shows that liberals love to blame guns and police officers. When an event like this happens, any alternative view or contrary idea to their beliefs – whether true or not – is instantly shut down with name calling.

If you disagree with them, you are a racist and need to shut up or else. Especially when the issue is the right to bear arms. They cannot understand the concept that to stop a bad guy with a gun (or any other weapon) it takes a good guy with a gun and often a badge.

Whether it’s a trained and armed citizen or a police officer, it is this hero with a gun pulling a trigger that makes all of the difference in the world to the people in danger, not the weapon itself.
