A Change.org petition to send the liberal CNN political commentator Sally Kohn to a country where Sharia law is practiced for one week without bodyguards has begun to pick up steam.
Earlier this week, Kohn faced strong backlash after a tweet directed at DonaldTrump suggests that we should support “progressive Muslims” in our fight against Islamic extremism. However, she adds that these Muslims also support Sharia Law!
We have also found that this isn’t the first petition enacted against this left-wing talking head for her hateful and bigoted comments towards Christians and Republicans. She has often spewed hate speech towards those who don’t agree with her “progressive” views, but she should realize that Sharia Law doesn’t agree with her views either.
The petition was started only three days ago and has already garnered over 6,000 signatures by the time of this writing. The initial goal of 1,000 signatures for this petition was quickly met the first day. The current goal is to obtain 7,500 signatures, but I believe it’ll gain way more than that. The majority of people and those on the right are becoming tired of hearing the far-left and far-crazy ramblings of these sort of “progressives”.
The petition calls for Sally Kohn to spend one week without any bodyguards in Saudi Arabia where Sharia Law is practiced in all its glory. She can proudly display her homosexuality there and see how “progressive” Mulsims and Sharia Law really are.
The petition sarcastically states, “A lot of right-wing nazi bigots are saying Sally Kohn is an idiot for showing support for Sharia Law, especially considering that she is a gay woman. As progressives, we know both Sharia Law and Muslims are tolerant and very LGBTQ friendly.”
Kohn has contradicted herself often as seen in a tweet posted after mid-June that ironically also sparked a viral petition against her. In this post, she admits that Islamic extremists kill LGBT people, but this is a rule of Sharia Law and not only Islamic extremists. She then uses her remaining characters to defame and attack Christianity and Jewish “extremists”.
Islamic extremists kill LGBT people.
Christian and Jewish extremists just drive us to commit suicide.
Either way, #HateIsHate.

I often wonder if people think before they post such controversial messages out into the world. Do they know what they are actually saying and how it will be received or are they too involved in their own self to care? I think it is a little of both with a bit of liberal education thrown into the mix distorting their world view.
