TIME TO BOYCOTT: Pepsi CEO Has SICK Message To Anyone Who Voted For Trump

It will be a great time to watch this large corporation lose millions of dollars.

The head of PepsiCo said on Thursday that her employees are in tears over Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election, and that people were asking if they’ll be safe.

After defeating Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, the President-elect Donald Trump called for unity, but PepsiCo CEO and chairperson Indra Nooyi has instead chosen to stir the pot. Nooyi, a supporter of Democrat Hillary Clinton, said she has answered many questions since Wednesday, but her comments at the New York Times DealBook Conference in Manhattan has left many Trump supporters taking their business elsewhere

“I had to answer a lot of questions, from my daughters, from my employees, they were all in mourning,” Nooyi said at the conference. “Our employees are all crying, and the question that they are asking, especially those that are not white: ‘Are we safe?’ Women are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ LGBT people are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ I never thought I’d have had to answer those questions.”

Right after Trump won, she immediately began attacking him with the same corporate media talking points. She said that she was disgusted more by the language that had been used to discuss women in recent months.

“Forget about the Pepsi brand. How do you talk about women that way?” Nooyi said, referencing Trump’s 2005 sexually aggressive comments that were made public last October. “If we don’t nip this in the bud it is going to be a lethal force in society.”

At least Nooyi did have the courtesy to remind her employees, who reportedly broke into tears over Trump’s election, that the world was not about to end.

“The first thing that we all have to do is to assure everyone living in the United States that you are safe,” she said. “Nothing has changed as a result of this election. The process of democracy has happened. We just have to let life go on.”

While she didn’t say anything outright insulting towards Donald Trump, his supporters have heard enough of her tone and underlying sentiment. A boycott is currently being organized against all of the PepsiCo brands and the company’s numbers will sink much like other businesses who have had an anti-Trump stance.

Here are the primary retail brands of Pepsico:

It will be a great time to watch this large corporation lose millions of dollars. Considering their products are laced with chemicals and sugar, it could actually be a good thing if they disappeared altogether.

Well I “AM” a Trump supporter and I stand 100% behind President Elect Donald Trump.
Well since you want to act the way you want to and put down the President Elect, I guess I’ll just have to stop buying your products. Lets see how you and your company does from here on out.

I am a Trump suppprter also. What did she say that was wrong? Horribly written story. The writer needs to do a better job of giving specific points that warrant a boycott. I didn’t see it in the article. Sorry.

I’m thinking the only thing that will help you is to retake freshman English. Hint- focus on reading comprehension.

Its called freedom of speech. So its ok for corporations to donate millions to political campaigns under the guise of “free speech”, just don’t try to actually speak. It even says she didn’t say anything insulting. I swear you people think this guy is your Messiah. He is not. This is also not a monarchy nor a dictatorship so if people want to disagree with or even not like Trump it is our right and you have spent the last 8 years showing us how to do that. At least we have legitimate reasons.

seven-up and starbucks are not owned by pepsi. starbucks is their own entity, and seven-up is owned by dr. pepper (who is very military friendly)

So, are we supposed to boycott all people who disagree with us politically or is this a special case?

These are some of the unhealthiest products you can put into your body.
Even Aquafina is basically just tap water.

The comments are pretty benign, I’m surprised how hard you’re trying to spin them.

Coke is it. Always has been always will be. I actually don’t drink Soda or junk food as it is. As for water, I get Poland Springs delivered. So I guess it’s up to the rest of the public to boycott Pepsi. She needs to shut up and do her job. Who does she think she is? I think her job has gone to her head. Another bunch of sore ass losers. Get over it!! They’re in for a long 4 yrs if they don’t

If Indras emoloyees are concerned if they are safe or not then she must be employing illegals. She is worried about what Trump said 11 years ago but what about what hilarys husband has done and is still doing to wimen. Indra is such a joke and an embarrassment.

I’m drinking a Starbucks coffee, as I’m walking around the supermarket loading up on Pepsi products. Anything anti-trump appeals to the pallet.
