In a vote of 116-36, the Massachusetts House of Representatives voted to get rid of biological sex identities and put into law the term ‘gender identity’ in an effort to lick the boots of progressives. Mind you, eight of those in support were Republicans. And this was passed after hours of debates over the issue.
Welcome to “The Gender Identity Public Accommodations Bill”:
Bill H.4343189th, An Act relative to transgender anti-discrimination.
In the new bill (amending the previous 2011 law that protected transgender individuals from discrimination in the workplace and housing), the word ‘sex’ will be replaced with ‘gender identity’ in all of Massachusetts laws.
They are changing law to cater to a very very small minority of mentally ill and manipulative people. The bill eliminates all rights of those who proudly embrace the sex they were born with.
- It replaces the word “sex” with “gender identity” in multiple areas of Massachusetts law.
- The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination must amend rules and policies to comply with this shift from biological sex to “gender identity.”
- It allows people to use the restroom or locker room that matches their gender identity. Or as the bill puts it, “Any public accommodation … shall grant all persons admission to and the full enjoyment of such public accommodation or other entity consistent with the person’s gender identity” (incidentally, making bathrooms sound like amusement parks). Not everyone in Massachusetts supports this; however, either a majority do by voting in these asshats, or these asshats are ignoring the will of the people.

Rep. James Lyons (R) absolutely does not support this measure, by saying:
“This legislation takes rights away from 99.9% of the population. Every parent that I have spoken with including a parent of a transgender child understands that this bill eliminates long held expectation of privacy and protection for children. This is a collision of rights. Rights in conflict. I have yet to see how changing the law to remove what is currently on the books helps anyone.”
While this is not too surprising with this ultra leftist state, it is still putting innocent children in danger and infringing on the rights of others. There is a provision that states the AG can bring potential legal action against “any person who asserts gender identity for an improper purpose.” If this was not such a serious issue, I would be laughing at this. They actually think that they can prove someone’s intent for dressing as the opposite sex and entering places intended for use by their opposite sex? Not only that, but Rep. Byron Rushing who co-sponsored the bill gleefully stated that THIS is what the founders of the United States of America intended via the Constitution. “We are doing the work the founders of our nation intended for us to do. This is a great day for us and we should be very proud.”
Seriously? These progressive leftists are either certifiably insane or inherently evil. Wait. It really is not just leftists. As mentioned early on, eight Republicans voted in favor. Rep. Sheila Harrington (R) took issue with the nays by saying that the opponents are basing their onions on “what could happen, not what has happened.” Someone needs to start paying attention to the news and re-read the Constitution. Apparently, she went into the vote being against it. But after the hours of debate, she admitted she did not go into the vote with an open heart and mind. Insert huge sigh here.
Rep. James Lyons (R) sees what this bill is actually about. He sees the bigger alarming issue at hand. In an interview with the Boston Herald, he said “The bill allows people on a routine basis to decide if they are male or female. Your anatomy is no longer relevant. This has absolutely nothing to do with discrimination; it has everything to do with changing our society and social engineering by those on the left.”
And that pretty much sums it all up. Screw science. Screw the sex you were born as. Gender Identity is all where it is at now.
